    OWNER / Chief Executive Officer

    Rusty Schander, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Arial Arise, is a Sports Management graduate from East Stroudsburg University and uses his knowledge he learned from that that to run and push Arial Arise to the top. Rusty carries a keen ability to recognize top-tier talent whether is it players or content creators. Now managing an esports organization, Rusty’s role as Owner and CEO involves setting the strategic direction for Arial Arise and managing the top-level talent and structure of the organization.

    Owner/Founder

    Jonathon "Starz" Barlow is no newcomer in competitive gaming. Starting playing in Black Ops 2 Gamebattles Starz went on to play in anything he could including Fortnite and Apex Legends. Barlow has multiple years’ experience in playing video games competitively and he uses that knowledge he gained to scout new talent.
